Unfold time and find me where we first met…
walk and talk, down the halls of our past…
look at me and smile because I made you laugh…
touch me slightly, and I’m nervous, lost in my words…
tell me to try and my heart starts to race…
put your arm over my arm, my skin next to yours…
you show me your love, like the sun that shines…
the sky so blue and me so close to you…
then, I never saw clouds the way they were that day…

your lips, your eyes, your skin left me speechless…
I want to talk but I’m frozen by your breathe…
”what’s a matter, baby?” You say to me…
your shadow moves closer to me…
and you kiss me…
as cold as it was, your lips felt so warm…
I liked it, when we kissed, it feels so right…
”I’m all yours,” so I say, “please be mine...”

I wait to feel my body next yours…
near to you, that’s where I want to be…
and feeling you so close and warm…
touch me and I feel your ecstasy…
I want to keep you in-between my sheets…
sharing you and me and being so free…
for the life of me, I can’t let you go…

my pain returns and sends my mind away…
please wake up and take my hand…
then I realize I’ve made no sense…
because you are no longer there…
because I’m back to everything…

I look at the clouds…
I think of where you are…
because maybe I lost you…

I fold back time and I watch it…
